Development Inc.'s Scope
The project scope covered the full design, planning, and implementation of the RVM initiative, including the placement of machines and required infrastructure across 60 strategic locations in Beirut and Mount Lebanon. It also involved developing a comprehensive redemption scheme to encourage user participation, conducting regular and preventative maintenance for all machines, and managing all contracting and financial operations. In addition, Development Inc. organized awareness sessions and training programs for project partner staff and oversaw the collection and supervision of recyclable materials to ensure smooth operations and measurable environmental impact.
