Development Inc.'s Scope

The scope of the Lebanon Bottle Recovery Project (LBRP) encompassed the complete design, planning, and rollout of a nationwide recycling initiative focused on collecting and sorting plastic and aluminum beverage containers. The project ensured that all collected materials were delivered to certified recycling channels, contributing to a circular economy and reducing landfill waste. Additionally, plastic rejects were upcycled into ROGP (Recycled Oil Glass Plastic) applications, further promoting sustainability. The scope also included end-to-end project management, monitoring, and detailed reporting to maintain transparency and measure impact throughout the project’s implementation.
